I have put a lot of thought into this list of supplements. I have used all of them and find that I get beneficial results from taking them.  I recommend reading through the list a few times to see which supplements would best suit you and your specific condition.

Unfortunately, the mineral content in non-vine ripened, soil depleted vegetables is questionable  Plants are naturally intended to ingest rocks; humans are not. Our ability to metabolize non-plant based mineral forms is not so good. We excel at using the minerals that come with ingesting plant food. Then why not supplement with plants that come from the sea and are loaded with mineral content?
